There are the botanical gardens, the sheltered coves, the miles of golden-sand beaches, the daily return of the fishing fleet (and the subsequent auctioning of the daily catch).
There is the beautiful coastline and the fantastic nature. You’ll want to visit the medieval buildings and ruins.
Barcelona is close by and easy to reach by train.
Tossa de Mar, with its awesome castle overlooking the sea, the bay and the village are easily reached by boat.
