VisitBlanes.com — The lifeless body of a German man, who was missing for more than a week while vacationing in Lloret de Mar, has been found.

Initial reports say the man may have died accidentally by falling 15 meters down a steep slope.

Georg Heile, 20, had been missing for more than a week. He had been on vacation with a group of students, and was last seen on the beach on the morning of May 26 or 27.

His family had offered a €10.000 reward to whomever could provide information regarding his whereabouts.

The body was found by someone passing a wooded area next to a parking lot.

Police believe there Heile died as the result of an accident, but are awaiting the outcome of an autopsy.
